Claims and Return Policy

All claims and damage or shortage must be reported within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment.  Party Direct, Inc., reserves the right to deny any credit requested after 30 days.

Please note that food, candy, glow items, and personalized items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for all freight charges on any returns.  Customers are responsible for both inbound and outbound freight costs on any refused shipment.  Our products may be returned for reasons of shipping error or a defect in stock or workmanship; typically, returns for any reason will be denied. 

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt.  If the reported issue is deemed to be invalid or misreported, a restocking charge may be applied and any return freight charges may be assessed to the customer.  If a customer should return an item(s), there will be 25% re-handling charge.
