At Party Direct, we have chosen FedEx as our preferred shipper in order to guarantee your order arrives swiftly and securely. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

All orders placed Monday thru Friday by 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST), will ship the same day unless your shipment is an LTL shipment which will ship out the following day. All orders received after 9:00 am EST, may not ship out until the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order after it was placed?

We will always do our best to accommodate any customer’s request. If your order has already shipped, we can refund you the product minus the restocking fee and shipping fees.

What payment options are available?

For seamless transactions, we accept payments through major credit cards and PayPal. If you are an approved Net30 customer, we will accept a company check.

If I don’t see a product I want on your website, can I get it?

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we can only offer free shipping to the continental United States on orders of a minimum of $59. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
