Shipping

At Party Direct, we have chosen FedEx as our preferred shipper in order to guarantee your order arrives swiftly and securely. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

  • All orders placed Monday thru Friday by 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST), will ship the same day unless your shipment is an LTL shipment which will ship out the following day. All orders received after 9:00 am EST, may not ship out until the next business day.
  • Note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, or Canada, please contact our customer service at 800-548-7868, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time for an accurate cost.

Can I change or cancel my order after it was placed?

We will always do our best to accommodate any customer’s request. If your order has already shipped, we can refund you the product minus the restocking fee and shipping fees.

What payment options are available?

For seamless transactions, we accept payments through major credit cards and PayPal. If you are an approved Net30 customer, we will accept a company check.

If I don’t see a product I want on your website, can I get it?

Yes, we will make every effort to find the product you are requesting in a timely fashion.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we can only offer free shipping to the continental United States on orders of a minimum of $59. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • All orders placed Monday thru Friday by 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST), will ship the same day unless your shipment is an LTL shipment which will ship out the following day. All orders received after 9:00 am EST, may not ship out until the next business day.
  • We are located in the United States and ship all orders from Peru, Indiana.
  • If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, your product will not ship until the following business day.
  • You will receive an email when your package ships with the expected arrival date.
  • We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the carrier’s responsibility.
